質量管理：
1、所有原輔料加工前必須經過檢驗，不合格的原輔料不得投入生產。
2、加工工藝流程必須合理，各工序必須嚴格按照加工工藝規程和衛生要求進行操作，確保產品不受污染，符合衛生標準。
3、直接于油料接觸的包裝物（如PET瓶、瓶蓋等）應有專用包裝間，使用符合衛生要求的包裝材料，包裝人員的手在包裝前要清洗消毒。
4、生產工具、容器、設備必須經常擦洗，保持清潔，直接接觸油料用的工具、容器必須消毒。
5、生產單元必須設立封閉式垃圾存放地，并做到垃圾日產日清，經常保持環境整潔，班前、班后必須清掃，不得堆放雜物、垃圾。
6、車間、廠房等室內外環境清潔，無蚊蠅、老鼠孽生。有防蠅、滅蠅、防鼠、滅鼠及滅蟑螂措施。
7、作業地面清潔，下水道通暢，無積水。
8、加工場所整潔，無積灰，墻壁及天花板無霉斑，無脫落。
9、生產從業人員必須取得健康證，每年體檢一次合格者方可上崗。
10、生產人員作業時必須穿戴淺色工作服、帽，頭發不露帽外，操作灌裝機的人員必須戴口罩，不戴戒指，不涂指甲油。
11、生產人員在作業前、大小便后，應洗手消毒，不得穿戴工作服、帽進入廁所。
12、操作時不吸煙，不挖鼻孔掏耳朵，不得對著食品打噴嚏。
14、生產人員平時應做到勤洗手，勤剪指甲，勤理發、洗澡，勤換洗工作服、帽，不隨地吐痰，不亂丟廢棄物。
